General Instruction

1. Browse the product with actual photo and description under the ア イ テ ム 一 覧 Categories;

2. Take down the prescribed Product Code shown on the product you would like to order;

3. Send your order via e-mail to pinky ROSE. Please specify in the e-mail with clear Order Information as per following:
    (a) Buyer Name,
    (b) Buyer Contact Number,
    (c) Product Code,
    (d) Size (if any),
    (e) Colour (if any),
    (f) Quantity,
    (g) Shipping Destination in Full Address;

4. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from pinky ROSE containing your order information i.e. Total Price (inclusive of Shipping Cost & Misc Charges, if any) and the Order Number. Please contact us if you do not receive the said confirmation e-mail in two (2) working days.
 
5. Make full payment as quoted in confirmation e-mail sent by pinky ROSE. Please keep the original Payment Receipt / Bank-in Slip and send a copy  to pinky ROSE asap upon the payment made. Kindly refer to Payment Options for the receomended mode of payment.
 
6. You will receive the Shipping Details of your order that comprising of shipping reference number and proposed date of arrival.
